Hollywood celebrity couple Eva Mendes and Ryan Gosling whose relationship was never really a well kept secret have some good news. Mendes who was pregnant with Gosling’s child gave birth to a beautiful baby girl on September 12th. As soon as the news broke out about the birth of their first child, the world of Twitter got divided into two camps. One group were very happy with the fact that the couple were blessed with a beautiful daughter while the other camp was really sad and irritated that Gosling had a baby with a girl who was unfortunately not them.

The news of her pregnancy broke out in July as the actress was rumored to have been seven months into her pregnancy. 40-year-old Mendes kept a very low-profile during her pregnancy and did everything she could to hide her baby bump. She allegedly admitted about her pregnancy during an incident at the Los Angeles airport involving a routine pre-flight security check. She told the officers that she won’t be able to go through the scanner as she is pregnant. She then denied being pregnant in February when she appeared on The Ellen DeGeneres Show.
33-year-old Gosling started dating Mendes in fall 2011 after working together in the critically acclaimed movie The Place Beyond the Pines which also starred Bradley Cooper.
Their life changed completely when they found out that she was pregnant as they stayed mostly indoors. Earlier they used to travel a lot around the world with their dog. Both Gosling and Mendes have dated fellow actors in the past. Before Mendes, Ryan was involved with his co-star from the film The Notebook Rachel McAdams while Mendes was in a relationship with musician George Augusto and was also linked to actor Jason Sudeikis.
The couple are now looking for a new home as their current residence is a small two bedroom house in Studio City.
