‘The Bachelor’ is an American reality television series which was televised for the first time in the year 2002 on ABC. It is a dating game show hosted by Chris Harrison. On this show, a single eligible bachelor dates 25 women who get eliminated one by one and it culminates with the guy proposing to his final selection. In between there is a lot of politics involved as each women try to outsmart their competition to win the heart of the guy.
In the eighteenth season which is being aired right now, former Venezuelan footballer Juan Pablo is the guy playing the bachelor. However, in the latest TV recap of episode 7, Sharleen Joynt who was among the favorite to win the title decided to leave the show all of a sudden which broke the heart of Juan Pablo. She always had doubts whether her decision to join the show was right or not and finally she made up her mind. The worst part of this whole story was that he got dumped by Sharleen in his hometown of Miami. Sharleen who was also equally hurt by the abrupt ending of their relationship felt that the decision she took was the right one.
The other women in the show were quite happy to see Sharleen go as they now get to date Juan Pablo without him thinking about her as she is no longer in contention. During that period in Miami after the sudden departure of Sharleen he also went on a beach group date with Chelsie, Clare, Renee and Andi. Since he was at home, he never missed an opportunity to meet his daughter Camilla. Juan Pablo also took another girl Nikki Ferrell to his daughter’s dance recital. In the end, Chelsie was eliminated during the rose ceremony. With that the episode came to an end.
